Uploading Custom Intros to Your Skill

How to update your Amazon Alexa Custom Intros in One Voice AI:

Uploading/updating custom intros is a great way to increase usage and engagement of a skill. XAPPmedia provides a powerful and convenient tool for maintaining this audio efficiently. Follow these steps to do so:

1. Sign in to your account, your organization will appear once you have done so.
2. Click into the "Apps" tab, this is where all your skill are shown. 
3. Click into the skill you want to upload your custom intro into.
4. Once in the skill, click into the "Content" tab
5. In the "Content" tab, scroll down, and, in the bottom right, click on the "Add Custom Intro" button.
6. A box will appear with MP3 file upload instructions, drag-and-drop your MP3 file into the box, or click on the box and manually select the file from your folders.
7. Once the upload is complete, change the name of the intro to whatever you like, or leave it as is, as it will automatically fill in the name of the file as the name. 
8. Click "Save". 
9. Click "Add Schedule" if you would like to set the days, the time range, and the time zone of the custom intro.
10. Click "Save". 
11. Edit or delete as necessary.

*Remember, for a live skill, changes will go live immediately after pressing "Save".
